    In the unlikely event that one of our brand ambassadors is late to their event, we would reimburse any of those hours from the original invoice.

    Should I pay the whole amount for hiring brand ambassadors before the event?

    Our payment details are outlined in the contract agreement that we send over after you've approved the quote. Per our contracted agreement, payment is due before booking our models, but if it's your first time working with us we offer 50% before and 50% after the event.

    What are the responsibilities of a model brand ambassador?

    Our brand ambassadors have the experience to complete general event tasks such as checking people in, educating them on your product, generating leads, giving demos, and more. When you send over a request for a quote, please specify the responsibilities of the brand ambassadors, so we can best pair you with the right talent.
